1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AP RTHD Premium Mod Menu platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AP RTHD provides users with digital modifications (mods), truck unlocks, and related gaming utilities for Road to Hill Descent. All services and digital goods are provided "as is".

3. User Accounts & Device Limits

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are strictly bound to a 1-device-per-account limit unless otherwise specified in your plan. Account sharing will result in an immediate, non-refundable ban.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the provided APKs or license keys. Any attempt to abuse the APIs or bypass the authentication systems will result in permanent suspension.
