Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Exemption

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to premium modifications upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or plan extensions may only be granted at the sole discretion of the AP RTHD administration team in the event of extended server downtime, proven billing errors, or critical unpatched software incompatibility lasting longer than 7 consecutive days.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank, PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, device ban, and forfeiture of all associated license keys.
